Terms of Service

The agreement a firm's subscription runs under.

• The subscription gives a firm access to Migration Desk for the seats it pays for. Support staff accounts are free.
• The firm remains responsible for its own professional obligations, including the Code of Conduct. Migration Desk is a tool for the practice and does not give migration advice.
• The firm owns its data. Migration Desk may use it only to provide the service.
• Either side can end the subscription. The firm can export everything before it closes.
• Changes to these terms are shown in the app before they apply.
