Practice management for Australian migration agents
A single workspace for your migration practice
Clients and matters, a client portal, questionnaires, agreements, invoicing, trust accounting and compliance reminders. One login covers the daily work of a practice, so there are no separate tools to stitch together.
What is inside
Clients and matters
Every client, matter, key date and file note in one place, with a pipeline your whole team can see.
Client portal
Clients sign in to see where their matter is up to, upload documents, answer their questionnaire and message you.
Questionnaires
Send a questionnaire for the visa you are preparing. Answers save as clients go and flow into your forms.
Engagement and e-signing
Build an engagement pack from your own agreements and fee schedules, send it and track signatures.
Invoicing and trust
Invoices, receipts and deposit requests, with the clients' account kept separate from the office account.
Bookings and enquiries
Public booking pages and enquiry forms that turn into leads in your pipeline.
Documents and letters
Checklists, letters and fact sheets written for your practice, with every send recorded.
Compliance and security
Code of Conduct reminders, a full activity log, and two-factor sign-in for everyone on the team.
How it works
- 1
Get your account
Migration Vision sets up your practice account and your owner login. You then invite your team.
- 2
Set up your practice
Add your team, your fee schedules and the visa types you handle. Starter defaults are there to edit.
- 3
Invite your clients
Send an invitation to the portal or a questionnaire link, and work the matter from one screen.
Questions
Who is Migration Desk for?
Registered migration agents and Australian legal practitioners who run their own practice. You are asked for your MARN or LPN when you sign up.
Does Migration Desk give migration advice?
No. It is a tool for your practice. You stay responsible for your own advice and your obligations under the Code of Conduct.
Who can see my clients' information?
Each firm's records are stored against that firm only. Staff see what their role allows, and changes to business records are written to the activity log.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. A firm can export its data from Settings, Data Export, whenever it likes.
