Getting started with Migration Desk

A trial lasts 14 days and is open to registered migration agents and Australian legal practitioners. You sign up in two steps, then confirm your email with a six-digit code.

1. Sign up

Enter your practice name, your name, email, mobile and a password of at least 12 characters. On the next step give your MARN or LPN. We email a code to check the address is yours.

2. Set up the practice

• Add your team under Settings, Team. Each person gets an invitation link that works for seven days.
• Check your fee schedules and the visa types you handle under Settings.
• Turn on two-factor sign-in for yourself under your profile.

3. Add your first client

Use New Client in the sidebar, then open a matter for the visa you are working on. Questionnaires, checklists and key dates start from that matter.
