Sending a questionnaire

A questionnaire is made for the visa you are preparing. The client can open it from the portal or from a link you send, and answers save as they type.

Using a link

On the matter's Questionnaires tab, create a link and send it by email or text. The same link works until it expires or you cancel it, so a client can stop and come back.

On the link

• Questionnaire: the steps for that visa, with a progress bar.
• Documents: the checklist of files you have asked for, with an Upload button on each.
• Messages: a chat with you.

After they submit

You review the answers, then either accept them or reopen the questionnaire with a note saying what to check.
